This weekend I went to the 1st annual Mile High Music Festival here in Denver. It was awesome. I meet up with some peeps from Randolph Macon so that made it even better. 12 hours of nonstop music in the blistering hot sun made for a long day but it was still amazing. Tom Petty and the Hearbreakers put on a great show, but that can be expected from a group that has been doing this for so long. There were some great bands playing and people watching never got old. Pretty cool to be apart of the first one too. It was help at Dick's Sporting Goods Sports Complex which is huge and made for a great venue for the 5 stages. What also was neat was seeing the banners my company created for the festival. It was just last week that they came to us with some CDs and printouts and I had no idea what they wanted but seeing all the work up made a lot of sense.
Then today I bought a really nice tennis racket and Cam and I went to Washington Park played for like 2 hours. Love it.
I also bought the Stuff White People Like Book, in which I got a 75% on the how white are you test. Little disappointment.
All and all another great weekend in the Rockies.
